So, on my way out of the office I was distracted by my iPhone. Sometimes I have to watch my shadow as it gets a mind of it’s own. You should always watch your shadow….
This photo is a composite image. I used the self timer on my camera to take 5 photos at a time, separated by three seconds. I positioned myself with the building floodlight way off to the left and then posed for the first exposure with my iPhone looking distracted. For the next four photos I posed my shadow in different ways, leaving one blank wall photo as well. Then I just opened up the first image, the shadow I liked and the blank wall into Photoshop as layers and masked different parts to show through. Who knew a self portrait could be this much fun?
