102/365 : Chained.

One of those times that I remembered to keep my eyes open. I originally stopped for something completely different, then noticed a piece of old equipment on the nearby hydro pole. Getting closer, it was the chain, and that attachment on the left that became my muse. This little chain is around a little box under a hydro meter. I think the hydro meter was actually for the railway crossing equipment, as that’s the only thing that was nearby!
