323/365: Tied Up.

Well, after my lens upgrade yesterday, naturally I’ve been itching to put it to use. I was up in Huntsville with Kristen over the weekend, and we decided to stop in Gravenhearst on the way back home for breakfast. The Wharf area of Gravenhearst is a great spot to walk around with a camera. Here, I’ve found one of the ropes tying off the Seguin for the winter to the town docks. I’m going to have a lot of fun with this lens – naturally I shot at f/2.8, “because I can”.
