Well, today was a happy day for me. My iPad Mini Retina finally arrived no thanks to the hijinks of UPS Canada. I’m hoping to replace my laptop for a lot of photo editing with this little gizmo.

Got my birthday present a little early. I now wear the awesomeness that is the Pebble smartwatch. It’s a watch with an e-ink display that shows me the notifications from my iPhone so I don’t have to get the phone out of my bag or pocket just to see an ignorable notification.

I love this stuff. More than I should but fortunately I can only get it two months of the year. Well, that time of the year is now, so yup I’m happy.
