211/365: Fixer Upper.

This is what’s left of a farmhouse on 6th Line. The barn is in the process of being torn down as well. I don’t know why – the area isn’t going to be developed for a while yet.

210/365: Wheat Trees.

A field of winter wheat near Georgetown. I’ve always loved this particular tree in this particular field. Hard to believe we’re just a few minutes from some of the densest urban area in Canada here.

209/365: You’re in Corn Country. Eat Corn.

Spotted this weathered sign near Little Britain as I made my way to Lindsay. Made a note to stop on the way back and get a photograph of it. I love that the paint is starting to wear and the wood grain is showing through the sign.

208/365: Progreston Falls.

Took a detour back from Waterdown so I could visit a different waterfall this time. This is Progreston Falls located oddly enough in Progreston, Ontario. There is quite the industrial modification to the falls with a dam and a railway here but it’s still a great little spot to stop by for a few minutes.

207/365: Bokeh Vines.

I was geocaching in Kitchener and I had just got my D800 back from Nikon service. I was trying to reset my diopter back to normal vision – guess the technician wore glasses – and I was using these vines as a subject. Then I noticed the bokeh playing off the grapes and, well, there was my inspiration for photo of the day.
