Spent the weekend at a cottage on Oak Lake, and since the Perseids were on, I spent some time on the dock. Here’s a photo back toward the cottage from the dock around midnight.

Our canoes are flipped over for the night on our camp site, I’ve painted light on them with my flashlight. This is on our Cinder Lake campsite.

A bit of light painting fun on Cinder Lake. I’m set up a few inches from the water line and waving my flashlight across the trees and rocks during a long exposure.

This is a night time photo, all the illumination is either city glow from Chatham, or lightning. This was around 11pm last night and I didn’t hang out for many photos since the approaching cell was tornadic and it seemed more angry than I was willing to hang out in.
