Well, it’s Easter Sunday and here’s Latté doing what she does best. Looking cute in the window. Hope everyone had a happy Easter holiday!

98/365 : Pilings.

Another day trip to Michigan with family today, and we tend to favour the Walpole Island – Algonac ferry. I took this photo while waiting for the ferry to come back to the Canadian side and pick us up.

96/365 : Garden Patterns.

One of more noticeable properties on the outskirts of Georgetown is the rather large “Sheridan Nurseries” property. Pretty much anything you could think of to put in a Toronto area garden is grown here. They have row upon row of these little dome structures that they grow things in over the winter and such. This time of year the covers come off and all that’s left behind is the framing. That brings out the pattern seeking photographer in me, and that’s what happened on my way home from the office today.

95/365 : Man of Steel.

While I’m a little disappointed with that foreground shadow (from the business) I like the colour combination otherwise. This “Man of Steel” is outside a steel company on Midway Ave in Mississauga, not far from my office. I drive by it every once in a while, and today I finally stopped to point the camera at it.

94/365 : Badlands.

Stopped by the Cheltenham Badlands on the way home from work again, I very much enjoy visiting this place. The old side trail is closed due to erosion, but you can still get  a downhill view by following the road downhill. My D800 hasn’t arrived yet, so here we have another 9 exposure HDR image proving that my 7 year old DSLR can still kick out a great image.
