Popped by the Apple store Burlington today to accessorize my 5s. Namely, to pick up a case for it. This is the marketing in the window for the other new iPhone, namely the 5c which is for "colour".

Yup, I upgraded my iPhone today, and got my hands on an iPhone 5s. Took this picture inside the Telus store where I was restoring my phone settings from iCloud. Now, I need to get out and play with the new camera in that phone!

A metal wall of an unfinished commercial building in Mississauga. Just happened to be a big pool of water in front of it. I waited until just before sunset to catch the light off the side of the building like this.

Well it’s autumn, and that means sunset occurs a little earlier … like around the time I am driving home. I just missed it today but it still had a decent afterglow off Trafalgar Road.

One of the abandoned, soon to be flattened for developers, houses in the west end of Brampton. This particular one had one of the boards ripped off the window and the glass shattered. So I took a peek inside (looked through the window) and yup the vandals have been all over the place in here. I was surprised to see this red armchair among the decay and debris though. I decided to de-emphasize the other colours but not go all the way to "cut out" or selective colour.

Hiked the Ganaraska Trail along the Black River today, with some great geocaching friends. The river was generally calm but every couple kilometers it transitioned to rapids such as these ones.
